A nother
of Silva's passions is designing and building homes. After
working as production coordinator at
Arch itectural
Magazine, Silva secured a general contractor license and began
creating stylish and elegant homes for herself and her clients.
In addition,
Silva ventured into the real estate industry and sold over 1
million dollars in property within the first 3 months and
totaled 5 million dollars in sales within her first year.
Silva is a member of United States Green Building Council,
Builders without Borders and the Green Community council.

It was Silva's personal success in property
development that led to the creation of her life development
