About Silva - The Designer & Developer

Silva has always had passion for designing and building homes. After working as production co-ordinator at Architectural Magazine, she set out on her own endeavor to pursue a career in real estate and design and develop her own homes. Soon after Silva secured a general contractor license and she began creating stylish and elegant homes for clients, creating her own property development company, Green Properties, Inc

Recently the company focus has turned to developing unique eco-friendly homes, working with architects, designers and materials that will together design and build green homes without sacrificing style, elegance or comfort. 

Silva is a member of United States Green Building Council, Builders without Borders and Green Community council. She hopes to build eco-friendly communities across the globe.
